The story of how I ate my vegetables is entirely different.

I was born in a farming family. We had 5-6 acres of land for growing vegetables near a small town called Oddanchatram, which is known as the ‘vegetable hub’ of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

I learnt harvesting before tasting. I knew the whereabouts of the vegetables in my plate when I was a mere 3 year old toddler. My sister and I used to harvest vegetables for our kitchen after returning from school..
